- Enter your Membership number, personal info, Full name (first middle and last name), type in your home address or provide your P.O. box address.
- Social security number, date of birth, Country, or Citizenship, Mobile phone number, or home phone number if you don’t have a mobile phone, enter your Email address.
- Security World; Choose a security world hint and type a security world answer.
- Financial Information, Tick the box for part of your total annual income is exempt from US federal income tax, this is optional. Enter the amount for total annual income, Enter the amount For monthly Mortgage/Rent payment.
- If you have the following account, tick those boxes;
- Checking,
- Savings, and
- Money Market
- Authorized user
- You are free to add an Authorized User to your account but you will need to know his or her and trust his or her very well.
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security number.
- If you don’t have any Authorized user yet, then you can also add an Authorized User to your account the person later from online or phone.
- Finally; read and understand the Costco Citi Card Terms & Conditions by ticking the box that you agree to the above terms ad condition to using the Costco Citi services.
- Click the Agree and Submit button.
How To Access Your Costco Citi Card Login Account

- Go to www.citiretailservices.citibankonline.com or go to the mobile app and tap the login button
- Enter the User ID and
- Type in your Password.
- Click the Costco member card Sign on button to access your account.
If you can’t access your account, kindly click thereset password or retrieve User ID and follow the instruction.
