Undergraduate international students applying for admission to Springfield College for the spring 2022 semester and beyond who wish to be considered for financial assistance (need-based) in addition to their merit scholarship must complete the CSS International Profile (https://cssprofile.collegeboard.org/).
A limited number of fee waivers may be available by contacting Nicholas Venn. Fee waivers will cover the cost of submitting a CSS International Profile to Springfield College.
Apply For Sussex Egypt Scholarships in the UK, 2022
Financial aid offers are made available if a student is admitted to Springfield College and the CSS International Profile is submitted.
Upon successful completion of the CSS profile, applicants may be eligible for additional Springfield College Grant funding (SC Grant).
Students who do not wish to be considered for additional financial assistance simply need to notify the Office of Financial Aid (financialaid@springfield.edu) of their intent.
Undergraduate Scholarships
| Trustee Scholarship: $25,000 per year ($100,000 over four years) | Eligibility: Cumulative Weighted GPA 3.5 or higher |
| Presidential Scholarship: $22,000 per year ($88,000 over four years) | Eligibility: Cumulative Weighted GPA 3.2 to 3.49 |
| Dean Scholarship: $20,000 per year ($80,000 over four years) | Eligibility: Cumulative Weighted GPA 2.5 to 3.19 or higher |
For students that do not meet the criteria for a merit scholarship, we are pleased to offer the Director Award.
| Director Award: $15,000 per year ($60,000 over four years) | Eligibility: GPA less than 2.49 but accepted to Springfield College |
International Housing Award
This annual award of $7,040 (or $28,160 over four years) covers the cost of a double room in selected residence halls on campus for four years. The award is given to the first 25 international undergraduate students who have been admitted to Springfield College, who are degree-seeking full-time students, and who have committed to attend Springfield College by submitting the enrollment deposit.
This award is not applicable to applicants with external sponsorship.
Additional International Undergraduate Awards
These scholarships/awards may be combined with other awards, not to exceed the cost of tuition.
Important: Limit of two scholarships/awards in addition to the academic/merit scholarship and housing award.
Legacy Award
A one-time award of $2,000 upon entry into Springfield College to any student whose brother, sister, parent, or grandparent (including stepfamily members) received a degree from Springfield College or are currently enrolled as a degree-seeking student. (Only one award regardless of the number of family members attending or previously receiving degrees.)
Couzelis Scholarship
Established by Dr. Paul (SC Class of ’65, G’72) and Nancy (SC Class of ’68) Couzelis. This is an annual undergraduate scholarship of $3,500 ($14,000 over four years/eight semesters) given to three students in the entering first-year class each year majoring in either Physical Education or Exercise Science. Preference will be given to students with demonstrated financial needs.
YMCA Career Award
An annual award to select incoming freshmen of promise who plan to make a career in the YMCA and who have exemplified participation and leadership in the YMCA through their high school years.
Associates Degree Completion Award (Transfer Students Only)
A one-time award of $1,000 for transfer students who come with an Associate’s Degree in any subject area already completed.
Preferred Application Award (Transfer Students Only)
$1,000 one-time award for students meeting the preferred application deadlines.
- May 1 for fall semester enrollment
- Dec. 1 for spring semester enrollment.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship for Transfer Students: $2,500
International transfer students who are at a community college in the United States and who are members of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society are eligible. This annual scholarship is valued at $2,500 and is added to the merit/academic scholarship. It is renewable, provided the student maintains full-time status (a minimum of 12 academic credits per semester) and continues to make satisfactory progress towards a four-year undergraduate degree.

- Supporting Documents: Send your official transcript from secondary/high school with proof of graduation. Math and science requirements should have been met during your secondary education
- Admission Requirements: Aspirants must hold a previous degree certificate
- Language Requirement: Applicants must have to check all the English Language Requirements of Springfield College.
