- Go to your Play Store or App store and make sure you download T-mobile App and quickly “Open the T-mobile app.
- A welcome note will appear on your screen, Tap “Get a T-Mobile ID.
- Enter your Registration information and click the My T-Mobile Sign Me Up button.
- Enter the code that will be sent to your mobile device via Text Message and click the NEXT button.
- Follow the steps on the Screen to complete T-Mobile registration.
My T-Mobile (postpaid and prepaid)
- Go to My T Mobile and click the SIGNUP and enter your information.
- Email Verification steps: A 6 digit verification code will be sent to your email address used during activation,
- Phone verification steps: 6-digit verification code sent to the phone via SMS. Kindly choose the Send to a different number the customer care will register the number the code is sent to and not with the number that started the T-Mobile registration process.
- Account PIN verification steps: Use the account Pin/Password to set up during activation. If you skip this step on the prepaid account process, you will not be able to access this account.
- Now follow the steps on the screen to complete T-Mobile registration.
Reset T-Mobile password

- Go to www.myt-mobile.com and click o the Forgot Password.
- Follow the prompts to reset it.
Password requirements
- Your password must be between 8-50 Character
- Incloude at least 1 number
- At least 1 letter
- Can’t contain space
- You can add these special characters: ~ @ # $ % ^ & * () / : ; ? , . <>
- Different from your last five Passwords.
- Click Manage your password to reset T-Mobile password.
Mytmobile Login
- Go to www.my.t-mobile.com login and click on the My Account.
- My Account> Click the Login button.
- Enter your User ID
- Type in your Password and click the Login button to access your T-Mobile Account.
