    For 2 days trying to activate my new phone. Neither phone, web page can complete the process. Please either e-mail me or call on my phone.
    My patience is rapidly running out.
    The phone should be a comfort knowing I can reach out.
    This is the 2nd new one in a week. the first one is totally useless; glad to tell a person.
